The Challenge

Most venues need a stage.
Few need one all the time.

01

Fixed stages waste valuable floor space

A permanent stage occupies prime multipurpose floor area year-round — even when the room is needed for assemblies, sports, banquets, or community events. That is floor space your venue cannot recover without a better solution.

02

Portable staging is a liability

Portable stage decks require manual labor to set up and take down, create trip and fall hazards when not properly secured, and rarely meet the structural and safety standards required for institutional occupancy or public performance.

03

Existing motorized systems are over-specified or under-engineered

The market offers either theatrical machinery priced for large performing arts centers, or light-duty systems not rated for assembly occupancy. There has been a gap in purpose-built, code-compliant motorized staging for institutional venues at a practical price point.

04

Maintenance and training burden on facilities staff

Complex systems require specialized maintenance and trained operators. In a school, church, or community venue, staging needs to be operated by whoever is on duty — reliably, safely, and without a manual.

The PS Series

A motorized stage engineered specifically for institutional venues.

The PS Series is a motorized retractable stage platform designed for permanent installation in multipurpose assembly venues. When not in use, the platform is stored vertically against the wall — fully out of the floor area and requiring no additional floor space. When needed, it deploys to full stage height on command.

Every aspect of the PS Series is designed with institutional ownership in mind: straightforward installation, minimal maintenance requirements, intuitive single-operator control, and full compliance with North American building and entertainment technology standards.

Available in two standard sizes — PS-1020 (10 × 20 ft) and PS-1220 (12 × 24 ft) — with custom configurations available on inquiry.

Standards & Compliance

Built to the standards that matter.

Every PS Series system is designed and manufactured in compliance with the applicable North American codes and standards for motorized stage systems, structural steel, aluminum fabrication, and electrical installation. Compliance documentation is available on request for specification and permitting purposes.
